• Recoverable materials from construction and demolition projects to be reclaimed - rather than disposed of - include:

    • Clean wood (clean, untreated, unpainted)

    • Cardboard - Cardboard is separated from our waste streams and prepared for resale to secondary markets.

    • Metal, wall studs, pipe -Metals from our waste streams are separated and sorted for resale. Recovered metals are sold to mills and incorporated in new steel production.

    • Wood Pallets - process wood debris to be reused as soil amendments, mulches, or boiler fuels.

    • Gypsum scrap (new)-can be ground up and shipped back to manufacturer.

    • Shingles-can be ground up and mixed with asphalt grindings for landfill roads.

    • Sandstone-can be salvage on pallets and used for backyard patios.

    • Bricks-can be crushed into decorative material for flower beds or used as a back-fill material.

    • Concrete  - process reclaimed concrete into a marketable material for reuse on construction projects.

    • Asphalt grindings-and process reclaimed asphalt into marketable materials used on construction projects.

    • Aluminum-can be shredded/compacted and sent back to manufacturer or scrap yard.

    • Yard waste-grounded to create compost with clay and sand.

    • Ceiling tiles-recycles mineral fiber ceiling tiles. Tiles must be pre-approved prior to shipping back to manufacture. 

    • White goods, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers

    • Plastics, PVC, pet

    • Tires - Tires are collected, processed, and reused as fuel.
