Cleveland Recycling uses your C&D materials as an effective substitute for natural or commercial products in a manner that does not constitute a remanufacturing process.

One example of using C&D material to reduce waste and conserve natural resources is the use of clean wood (such as wood pallets) which can be shredded and used as hog fuel, burned in an industrial boiler for heat, or even colored red, black, or brown and used as mulch. Materials used in this manner must be free of contamination.

Demolished homes are not usable for this purpose, of course, because of contamination.
